The Avenue is a sister company of Writer's Avenue Theatre Company and Writer's Avenue Films.
Sandra Thompson-Quartey
Sandra is the Artistic Director & Producer for  Writer's Avenue Theatre Company   and owner of Writer's Avenue Films.
She started her training in musical theatre at The Brit School of Performing Arts, studied Drama and Creative Writing at Brunel University and trained as an actress at East 15 Acting School.
Sandra was accepted into Identity Drama School's  exclusive writing course Typecast, led by playwright Ché Walker. She was also invited by Olivier Award winning playwright and screenwriter Bola Agbaje  to write for Stonecrab's Nigerian Independence Festival: Nigeria; Where Are We Now? at The Albany.

Sandra has produced over 20 shows for Writer's Avenue Theatre Company, most  at Soho Theatre and The Pleasance, some including her own writing or directing. The shows are attended by top industry professionals in TV, Theatre and Film and has gained a reputation for showcasing  outstanding talent.  

Sandra launched The Avenue in February 2015.

Alexander Nair
Alexander graduated from the London Studio Centre in 2010, and comes to us as a New Applicants & Drama School Liaison.
He has previously worked with Writer's Avenue and also acts as Social Media Manager and Advisor for the Reduced Circumstances company.
